Stephanie Cherry is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Clinical Director of the Safe Mothers, Safe Children Project at the NYU McSilver Institute.
Prior to joining the McSilver Institute, Cherry was the associate director of a non-profit organization that provided mental health and wellness services to FDNY firefighters and their families. Cherry additionally has experience in clinical research settings providing services to those affected by trauma. Cherry is a mission-driven clinician interested in removing barriers to mental health.
Cherry received a Masters of Social Work from Hunter College and a Masters of Arts in Psychology from NYU.
