
Jasmine Falk is a Full-Stack Software Engineer at the McSilver Institute’s AI Hub, where she helps drive the Institute’s research and technical initiatives. Leveraging her experience that spans full-stack software development in the tech industry and research in the fields of natural language processing and cognitive science, Jasmine develops software products that support the AI Hub’s mission to address socioeconomic disparities using AI and predictive analytics. Jasmine is committed to building ethical technology that ensures inequities are not perpetuated for underserved and marginalized communities.
Outside of her work as a software engineer and researcher, she has volunteered as an instructor with Code Nation to help create access to careers in technology for students in under-resourced schools, and as an organizer for grassroots campaigns and local organizations advocating for tenant rights and political empowerment in Boston’s Chinatown and AAPI communities. Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Cognitive & Brain Science from Tufts University.
