Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in counseling psychology from East Stroudsburg University and a Master of Science in experimental psychology from Seton Hall University. She previously worked in behavioral health and office administration. Her professional research experience involved working on several NIH research projects investigating racial disparities in kidney transplants and living donor transplants, including paired­ exchange transplants, for RWJBarnabas Health. Her research interests include the development of efficacious intervention programs, gender, and health disparities.
