Amber works with the Institute’s Managed Care Technical Assistance Center (MCTAC). As part of the MCTAC team she helps support various behavioral health initiatives across New York State. Her work primarily focuses on coordinating and assisting with various related trainings and events.
Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Arts Management from the University of San Francisco, and a Master of Social Work from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service. Prior to joining the McSilver Institute, she worked at the Parole Preparation Project supporting critical advocacy and direct assistance for incarcerated/formerly incarcerated people and their families throughout New York State.
