Morgan Waters works as a Program Coordinator with the McSilver Institute’s Center for Workforce Excellence in EBPs (CWE). On the CWE team, she supports the implementation of trainings in evidence-based practices for New York State clinicians serving youth and families. These aim to improve the system’s quality of care throughout the state.
Waters holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Economics with a Minor in Hispanic Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining the McSliver Institute, she worked at the NYC-based Esperanza NY, Inc. This organization served as an alternative to incarceration for young people involved in the criminal legal system, offering therapeutic services and court advocacy. Her work at McSilver enables her to pursue her interest in generating policies and programs to support underrepresented and underserved communities.
