Virtual McSilver Speaker Series Delves into Innovative TTAC Program

On January 26, 2026, attendees from around the world gathered for an in-depth discussion of TTAC — the New York City Perinatal and Early Childhood Mental Health Training and Technical Assistance Center. The presentation, “McSilver Speaker Series: A Systems Approach for Expanding Improved Behavioral Health Care,” was the first in the McSilver Speaker Series.

This virtual event featured a presentation by McSilver staff members leading technical assistance work across New York. The presentation focused on TTAC, the NYC-based project providing training and support to organizations and clinicians who provide behavioral health services to children from birth to age five, as well as the perinatal population, and now expanding to support child welfare involved families. Dr. Andrew F. Cleek, McSilver’s Deputy Executive Director, and Meaghan Baier, McSilver’s Director of Healthcare Innovation, shared insights on how this project has expanded to meet the needs of young children and families through various training initiatives and partnerships.
