Kinnae is an instructional designer dedicated to applying learning best practices and technology to advance organizational goals. She has experience across government, non-profit, higher education, and behavioral health care environments, designing and delivering engaging learning solutions. She enjoys developing innovative, simplified solutions to complex problems through thoughtful instructional design. She holds a BA in Economics from Michigan State University and a MA in Instructional Systems development from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
