Elena Conte

Senior Coordinator, Center for Workforce Excellence (CWE)

Elena Conte is a Senior Coordinator with the McSilver Institute’s Center for Workforce Excellence in Evidence-Based Practices (CWE). In this role, she coordinates the implementation of Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP) training for New York State clinicians serving youth and families. MAP is a clinical framework and decision support system designed to improve the quality of mental healthcare for children and adolescents across New York State.

Conte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies (CAMS), from New York University. Prior to joining the McSilver Institute, she worked at the IDEAS Center at NYU Langone, where she also supported MAP training implementation.
