
Avani Duggaraju is a Program Associate with the Evaluation Department at McSilver, where she supports evaluation, data management, and reporting for the Center for Workforce Excellence in EBPs, helping inform training efforts that strengthen the behavioral health workforce serving children, youth, and families across New York State. She brings extensive experience in project management, research, and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on health equity.
Prior to joining McSilver, Avani worked on gender equity and social inclusion programs, specifically advocating for equitable access to medication for neglected tropical diseases. Her work involved designing social and behavioral science research and programs to address barriers to health services.
She holds a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Interventions and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Connecticut
