
Adina Aamir is Program Manager for Impact Evaluation of the WeCare: Answering the Alarm study based at NYU McSilver, where she oversees the data collection, reporting, and implementation of project timelines to develop better systems of care for Black youth at the risk of suicide.
She brings experience managing various types of evaluations, conducting qualitative and quantitative research and collaborating with public sector stakeholders across national and international settings. Prior to joining McSilver, Adina led evaluations of USAID work in conflict affected countries along with data collection efforts across Pakistan’s National Rural Support Program, the International Labor Organization and the federal LIHEAP program focusing on equity, cultural responsiveness and community-based methodologies.
Adina holds a Master’s degree in Global Development from Cornell University with a focus on Monitoring and Evaluation and is committed to ethical research as a tool to elevate community voices, strengthen programs and improve outcomes.
