Governor Cuomo Plans to Restore Voting Rights to Formerly Incarcerated Individuals on Parole

New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo plans to restore voting rights to over 35,000 formerly incarcerated individuals who are on parole, by issuing pardons. The procedure will not require any changes to the current New York State legislature.
